Mr. Mohammad Kaleem Khan has over 28 years of diversified experience in Operations, HSE, Admin and General Management. During his professional career he has worked in various industrial sectors of the country including Fertilizer, Chemicals, Power and has been involved in green field and brown field projects.
Mr. Khan joined Hubco in 2013 and had been involved in the transformation and growth projects of the company. He successfully rolled out and implemented the world’s renowned DuPont Safety Management System at all HUBCO Plant sites. He effectively managed the O&M of both NEL & LEL Plants. As the Plant Manager LEL, he was responsible for the smooth O&M takeover of the Plant from TNB Malaysia. He Spearheaded the engagement activities at NEL Plant, resulting in the increase of employee engagement score from 37 to 86 points.
He established the technical training function which has laid the foundation for the development of technically competent resources for our teams. He took over HSE for Thar Projects when construction activities were at an accelerated pace at the ThalNova Sites and HSE was a key concern area. He implemented the necessary controls and measures to ensure the safe completion of the project.
He developed the corporate strategy for CSR and implemented all CSR initiatives inline with the strategy.
He has represented HUBCO at various international forums such as the International Hydro Power Association and MAN User Group.
Mr. Mohammad Kaleem Khan holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Engineering Technology Lahore, Pakistan.
